    Theresa,

I just got my Stamping up order and tI think they sent me the wrong Sellabration item. I ordered #141243 – Stamp Set Clear Hello. They sent me the right set set but it isn’t clear. I’m assuming the clear means the stamps are see through not the regular brown rubber?

HI Jessica – We have three different types of stamps; wood (stamps that mount on a wooden block), clear (stamps that mount onto a clear block) and photopolymer (stamps that mount onto a clear block and the stamps are see thru). I have that set in wood mount and it is brand new if you would like to swap your clear mount for my wood mount. Please let me know what else I can do to remedy the situation. Have a great day! Theresa

    Theresa,

Ignore my last email. I just went on the stampin up site and looked up the difference and now I see that clear and photopolymer are different. I have the correct set.
